The selected fabric is precisely cut into panels using accurate measurements and patterns. This ensures consistency in size and shape for bulk production.

3. Stitching & Assembly

The cut panels are stitched together using industrial sewing machines. At this stage:

• Zippers, handles, and accessories are attached
• Reinforcements are added for strength
• Compartments and pockets are constructed

4. Finishing & Quality Check

Each bag goes through detailed inspection:

• Stitch quality check
• Strength testing
• Final finishing (thread cutting, cleaning, polishing)

Only approved products move to packaging and dispatch.
